Why not port it over to Square Space – they get great reviews, are pretty cheap for blog hosting, and supposedly they have an import utility that will suck all of your data and posts out of Wordpress (and a bunch of others) and put it into their system. Everything I’ve read about it says it works really well.

Give it a whirl before tossing in the towel.
