Bummer..
I have been working with my host for the last month or so to try and figure out why my wordpress installation is using so much CPU and memory. I have failed to figure out what the issues is.
I cannot afford to purchase a dedicated plan as they suggest, and I cannot further endanger the rest of my web projects by letting this monster continue to consume CPU cycles and risk the closing of my account.
So, I am forced to close down the blog.
Hopefully I will find the time in the near future, and be able to resurrect the blog again. I thank you all for your patronage over the years.

it seems like every few months you come up against some new problem that endangers this site and makes bad things happen to it. whodathunk having a simple cool blog would make so much trouble?
i grieve for this loss. what’s going to be my default homepage now?
