Eyemaze Grow Tower 1.1b

Eyemaze is the website that originated, and perfected the grow puzzle flash game. They have just released another grow tower game. It is fun, creative, and a great way to waste 10 -15 minutes!

**UPDATE**
This post bares more explanation than I had given. CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) is a web technique used to create the presentation of a webpage. The above homer looks like an image, but it is not. It is a collection of alpha numeric characters that are positioned and colored to form homer. Don’t believe me? Search this webpage for a ( or a 6 – and see where they pop up!

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home/mpsga0/public_html/militantplatypus/blog/wp-content/plugins/exec-php/includes/runtime.php(42) : eval()’d code on line 3

I have seen these around before, but this one is head and shoulders beyond what has been available.

Someone figured out a Google URL string that removes the ads from your searches. Personally, I don’t find Google ads intrusive, and I would rather have them present than have to pay for Google searches and features. If you disagree with me, here is the URL.

What is up with that car? Is it an error on Google maps? Some odd perspective shift?

Time to be an upright citizen! Tim Westergren(founder of Pandora) is far more eloquent than I, so I will let him fill you in on the details.

In some places. Someone took the time to dissect the maps.google URL, and then went searching the world to see what was there.
- Select a location and switch to satellite view
- Zoom in as far as you can, and click “link to this page†at the top right
- Now replace the “z†parameter in the URL with a higher value, e.g. 20, 22, or 23, and wait. Some locations will now show more detailed imagery
The above shows a rare x23 zoom. It has been noted that you cannot zoom in any further than you can on Google Earth, but atleast this way you don’t have to install anything.
